  1. wow you are seriously a GREAT inspiration!, I am very proud of you

  2. Today was a really hard day for me because I was feeling super guilty about what I eat. I can easily eat around 5000 calories every day and I am so afraid of becoming a weight that is much higher than what I was at before my ED. I also can eat giant portions of french fries with fried snacks which makes me feel like I will never eat 'normally'. I try to tell myself that I need to trust my body and accept whatever weight it settles at but I am still feeling the urge to eat less than I would want to because 'less' would be a more normal portion. I have only been recovering for less than 2 weeks and I am struggling. I know I need to push through but I'm so conflicted. Eat a more 'average' portion or a healthier meal or just eat whatever whenever and however much I want, no matter the weight I will become? Recovery really is so hard and scary. You're super strong for sharing your journey!! ❤

  3. I am so proud of you – especially because you're eating more at breakfast again. You're really inspiring me to fight my ED and get out of my own relapse. You honestly are such a beautiful soul x
