and CoachUp Coach. And this is defensive rebounding. Boxing out ensures you have the best chance
of getting the ball. In order to box out the opposing player, you
first need to find their body. Find their body by extending your arm. Once found, lock
your forearm into their chest. Once you have position, you’re gonna wanna box them out.
Get your butt into the opposing player to control their position. You wanna eliminate
their progress to the ball. Go. After you have possession, crash the boards. Now that
you’ve boxed them out, follow the ball and go after it. Go, there we go.
